The path to your career

Our process includes mandatory steps you will go through to get to know each other and optional steps for more complex positions to get aligned on more in-depth aspects of the role.

CV Review

(Mandatory)

As the first step, our recruitment team carefully assesses your experience, skills, and background to determine if your profile matches the role and our company culture. 

Pre-screening Сall

(Mandatory)

A 10 – 15 minute initial phone or video conversation where we reconfirm your interest in the role, assess alignment with the mandatory requirements, and clarify any potential blockers early on in the process (such as availability, English proficiency, or financial expectations). 

Technical Test

(Optional)

For certain technical positions, we may ask you to complete a technical test. This step is designed to reflect real-world challenges relevant to your role and helps us understand your technical strengths.

HR Interview

(Mandatory)

You’ll have a get-to-know conversation with one of our Recruiters to discuss your experience, career aspirations, our work environment and culture at Levi9. Use this opportunity to ask us anything!

Technical Interview

(Mandatory)

During this interview, you will meet with one of our engineers or technical leads to dive deeper into your skills and experience. Expect an applied discussion about your past challenges, problem-solving approaches, and any clarifications regarding your future project.

Delivery Director Interview

(Optional)

For senior or leadership roles, an additional interview with the Delivery Director may be required. This step focuses on strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and alignment with the company’s vision. It’s the right place to discuss your ideas of contribute to the success of Levi9 at a higher level.

Offer

(Mandatory)

If you successfully pass the previous steps, we will extend a job offer. This includes a detailed discussion of compensation, benefits, and any other relevant terms. We’ll ensure that all your questions are answered so you can make an informed decision about joining Levi9.

Interview with the customer

(Optional)

For some customer-facing roles, a final interview with our customer may be part of the process. This step ensures alignment between your expertise and the customer’s needs while also giving you insight into the projects and expectations.
